Mental Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Business Trainer, Tourist Guide, Linguistic and cultural mediator, 15 years of experience in the production of socio-cultural events in Italy.

Training Manager of the "Novaya volna" project, author of the book "The Guidebook of the Future".

President of the Forum Association (Milan) specialized in soft skills training and projects dedicated to the successful integration of migrants in Europe.

Oksana Chinkuetti

Social pedagogue, Theatre and major event director, Gamification expert, 25 years of experience in producing events and activities for young people at an international level.

Founder of the "Novaya Volna" project in Italy which in five years has involved more than 1000 young migrants in training and leisure projects.

Responsible for training in the Academy of Socio-educational Animators, supported by the European Commission, Erasmus+.

Paul Smulski

Master in Master in Art, Culture and Communication, expert in multimedia and digitalization, international trainer with 15 years of experience.

Author of dozens of projects funded by the European Commission, Erasmus+ both in the youth and youth workers category.

President of the Mitra Association (Nice, France) specializing in digital literacy programs, democracy support and training for audiovisual production.

Olga Ruseva

PhD in Economics, Law Degree. Expert in financial-legal design of international and digital projects. Co-founder of several startups, including AI PSY HELP — a 24/7 psychological support platform.

Specialist in conflict transformation, mediator, member of the coordinating council for public diplomacy dialogues at the Kelman Institute (Vienna). Collaborates with both centuries-old organizations like the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and Inner Wheel, as well as with new formats in the Metaverse.

Author of 17 scientific publications and books, as well as the ART&Dialog project.

Associazione Forum was founded in Milan (Italy) and deals with training in the field of personal development and soft skills, successful integration for multicultural youth. It organizes training courses, events, summer camps in which more than 1000 young people from all over Europe have taken part.
